The Reese Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches # 63153 that you referenced and is 24" wide x 60" long is as big as the cargo carriers in that particular style are that we have. There are a couple options that are bigger available in other styles.
The GearSpace 34 Enclosed Cargo Carrier # HGK819 is an enclosed cargo carrier that is 33" wide x 68" long.
The Reese Solo Cargo Carrier # PS1040100 is shorter but wider at 32" Wide x 48" long. This one also has a version with a ramp available # PS10401-10402.
