Expert Reply:
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 13357 which is a fit for a 2005 Ford F-150 is only designed to work with factory components and equipment. Therefore, we cannot confirm fit on models with aftermarket components but aftermarket shocks are typically not a problem for hitch installation so you should be alright but in the end, it's up to you to determine fit with non OEM components.
