Expert Reply:
B&W hitch specifically designed their # BWTS20067BMP Tow & Stow 3-Ball Mount to be compatible with the Multi-Pro tailgate on your GMC Denali. The Tow & Stow ball mount can indeed be placed in the stow position as well without interfering with the tailgate.
