We can help you determine how to find the correct replacement axle and leaf springs for your enclosed trailer, but there aren't specs for a 2005 6x12 trailer that we can offer. So let's start with the axle, and in order to choose the correct replacement axle for your trailer you will need to know the dimensions of your current axle's hub face to hub face and spring center to spring center as in the diagram I have added; the other thing you need to know is the weight capacity of the axle you need, which should match or exceed the GVWR of your trailer.
For example the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam # T3584F-8974 has a 3,500 lb capacity and measures 89 inches from hub face to hub face and 74 inches from spring center to spring center.
I've added a link to our selection of axles for you to check out, or if you get back to me with that information I can try and find the right option for you. Then for the leaf springs, in order to determine if a spring will fit is by measuring the length from the center of the spring eye to the center of the other spring eye. You will also need to know the width of your spring and the weight rating of your axle.
I have added a link to a help article on leaf spring suspension which I highly recommend checking out, as well as a link to our entire selection of leaf springs.
