Question:

Axles are already under the springs. Factory setup. What is the next step to raise the unit, I took the unit to an RV repair facility. Close to 4k to remove the suspension, weld in a four inch tubular frame and reattach the suspension. Certainly a solution but it would not improve ride or handling.

Since you aren't interested in attaching new hangers to your 2020 Salem Hemisphere 34 RL I recommend the Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit - Tandem Axle item # RR23QX. It works with your existing leaf spring suspension system. The brackets attach to the hangers and supply new, lower mounting point for springs, which results in a taller ride height. This will give you up to a 2 1/4" lift and is the only option available without removing your old hangers and attaching new ones since your leaf springs are already above your axles.
