The HydraStar Disc Brake Kit w/ Actuator for Tandem Axle Trailers # HSE7K-T1 is designed to work on 7,000 lb axles and has an 8 on 6-1/2 bolt pattern. From what I was able to find, it looks like your 2003 Big Tex 12LP dump trailer uses 6,000 lb axles. I recommend verifying this information to be sure.
That being said, this brake kit will still work for your trailer assuming the bearings match up. It uses inner bearing # 25580 and outer bearing # 14125A. The grease seal has an inner diameter of 2.25". It is possible that your current setup requires a seal with an ID of 2.125" instead if it is a 6k axle. If that is the case, you will also need to get the # GS-2125DL grease seal to replace the one that comes with the kit. Since the grease cap is separate, you will also need the # K7CAP.
