I ordered an engine block heater for a 2016 Kia Sorento GXG5. I cannot seem to find the port on the block to install it. I watched the video but dont see the port in the same area on my car. The part number is 11812. Guaranteed to Fit

The specs I'm seeing for a 2016 Kia Sorento GXG5 show it having a 3.3L V6 engine so you would instead want the Kat's Heaters Custom Engine Block Heater - Frost Plug Style - 120V - 400 Watts - 24 mm # KH11479. This is going to install in the "RR" position of your engine.
If you do really have a 2.4L 4-Cylinder engine then the Kat's Heaters Custom Fit Engine Block Heater - Cartridge Style - 120V - 400 Watts # KH11812 you purchased is going to install in the "2ndRR" position.
