Fit of Blaylock EZ Lock Gooseneck Coupler Lock # BLTL-50-40D on Gooseneck Coupler

Question:
Am trying to determine if the BLTL-50-40D will fit the gooseneck coupler in the photos below as there are no brand markings on the coupler. It does have a football shaped base plate that is 7.5-7.75inch long.
