Unfortunately, there is not a replacement lock core available for the Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Lock - Manual - Black # PAL6100 on your 2013 Honda Ridgeline. The only way to replace the lock core would be to replace the entire assembly.
If you would like to upgrade to an option that has a power lock as well as the manual lock, check out the Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Lock # PL8660. This wires into your existing power door locks so locking your truck locks your tailgate. You still have the manual option as well with the keys.
