Your question many variable to it that make it difficult to answer in an accurate way. However, please consider the following information. A BTU is a unit of measurement, much like a gallon or pound, one gallon of propane will provide about 91,500 BTUs. Your appliances consume BTU's to operate. You will need to look at the items you use and see what the manufacturer rates their BTU consumption and add up the units used multiplied by hours of usage until you reach the value within the 100 lb. bottle of propane you refer to.
