I can't confirm US Cargo Control as this is not a brand we carry but the e-track fittings are fairly standardized so you should be able to use any brand designed for e-tracks such as the Erickson E-Track Tie Down Ring part # 59131 with the etrailer Horizontal E-Tracks like part # e62VR
