Will a Thule hideaway awning fit? I have load bars and was wondering if I used the adapter kit to attach to the load bars will the 10x8 awning work?

If you have a roof rack on your 2021 Ford Transit T250 then you can use the 10x8 Thule HideAway Awning # TH490010 with the Adapter Kit # TH490001 for your application. This adapter kit allows you to use T-Slots on roof rack crossbars or a clamping system that goes around the bars if you don't have the T-Slots.
