The best replacement we have for that axle is the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System # A35RS545 which is rated for 3,500 lbs and comes with idler hubs that have a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern. If you're wanting a direct replacement for your torsion axle then you'll need to reach out to a trailer dealer or Dexter Axle directly as those are a specialty item.
Once piece of advice that I do have is that if you haven't been in the practice of rinsing off your trailer with fresh water when you're done boating then that will definitely help prolong the life of all trailer components. Salt water is really harsh on all things trailer so rinsing with fresh water is one of the single most important things you can do.
