Extends but will not retract.

Since the Lippert stabilizer jack motor can clearly work since it can extend but not retract that to me sounds like a bad switch which we offer with the part # LC144214.

Can you please clarify your answer to this issue about Troubleshooting Lippert Stabilizer Jack that Will Extend but Not Retract. My switch is black and on the side of the travel trailer.
