Question:
Would you have information on the design of pivot points, are these using bushings and are they manufactured with lubrication points. Is there any literature on the maintenance and repair procedures available.

I reached out to my rep at Timbren and got some information for you on the Timbren Silent Ride Suspension for Tandem Axle Trailers w/ 3" Round Axles item # TSR14KT01. The silent ride requires little to no maintenance. You are supposed to check the bolts before & after use periodically, and keep the unit clean as possible. There are no lubrication points on the suspension. The three pivot points allow easy suspension movement, creating a gentle ride. The suspension arm freely articulates around the pivot point ensuring full equalization, so all of your tires make full contact with the ground at all times. These three points also make it easy to lift the tongue of the trailer and move it by hand. They did not have any literature on the maintenance and repair procedures.
