Brake Kit Upgrade For A Boat Trailer With UFP DB-42 Brakes

Question:
The old calipers on 2003 trailer are all seized. Do you suggest direct replacement with UFP DB-42 or changing over to different model/brand?

I recommend upgrading your UFP DB-42 brakes to the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit # K2HR35D. This is a great solution for an upgrade/replacement and includes everything you need for installation; this kit is also coated in Dacromet, which will provide good corrosion resistance.
