Question:
Im looking at the TGMRG30LB part. Not sure if its the right thing There seem to be several items that are identified for my van, but they dont all look as my existing stops. This one looks the most like mine. My van was originally a 9600# GVWR 15 passenger van. It is now a camper van with fiberglass high top on it. Just weighed my van w 4100# of 6084 max on REAR, and 3840# of 4300 max on FRONT. Measured between rear axle to frame rail at 104mm of 156 to 136 specification. What is the vertical length of this Joust stopper? and, is this the right part for my van? I am considering whether to have springs re-arched plus an extra leaf OR... maybe these Joust stoppers could be the thing it needs? The van currently wallows somewhat on the highway particularly when windy. Just seems the steering is not as precise as it should be any more.

So the Timbren kit part # TGMRG30LB that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2003 Chevy Express van but if you were looking for additional support to prevent wallowing and make the van feel more stable and handle better I would highly recommend going with the RAS kit part # RAS2611-V which is by far the best solution for that scenario. Unlike most options this is very easy to install, provides easily adjustable support, and unlike other options improves ride quality while also improving handling and reducing body roll.
