I'm interested in the Timbren heavy duty helper spring TFRTT350J for my 2022 Ford F350. Can the 1 inch spacer A25723-90AH00 be used?

The 1 inch # A25723-90AH00 spacer would be compatible with the Timbren Aeon Spring you asked about.

The Timbren # TFRTT350J is intended for severe duty applications such as trucks with slide-in campers, rear-mounted salt spreaders, tow trucks or trucks with a bed mounted boom or cherry picker. If you'd install that on a regular pickup that doesn't use those accessories, you'll have a pretty harsh ride. If that's the case, you'd want to use # TFR350SDJ instead, which is also compatible with the spacers.
