Torque Setting for Replacement Tongue for Yakima HoldUp Bike Racks

Question:
I have a 2021 Nissan Rogue SL and having a 2” hitch added. Purchased the 8880580 Tongue Replacement for my Yakama 1 1/4” Hold Up Bike rack. What should the torque setting be for the Spindle to Tongue assembly bolt be on the rack assaembly? Thank You

The toque spec for the bolt to connect the tongue to the spine for the Replacement Tongue for Yakima HoldUp Bike Racks item # 8880580 is 27 Nm.
