Trailer Hitch that Fits 2020 Honda CR-V Hybrid Touring

Question:

I have a 2020 CR-V Hybrid Touring model. I want to put a trailer hitch on the car. Honda says there isnt one for my car. Your website suggests there may be one or more. Can you confirm that? Will adding it affect my warranty with Honda?

For your 2020 Honda CR-V Hybrid Touring we have the etrailer hitch part # e98848 as a confirmed fit that would work great. While Honda doesn't offer a hitch for your vehicle that doesn't mean one couldn't be made for it which is why we have the # e98848 that does fit your vehicle.

The warranty of your vehicle will not be voided as a result of installing the hitch because of the Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act (P.L. 93-637). The Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act in short states that manufactures cannot void the entire warranty of a vehicle simply because they installed an aftermarket component. I do however recommend you look this up for yourself though to be safe.
