Is There Cushioned Pin Box for 2017 Keystone Raptor 412

Question:

I have broken my leaf springs twice now. After first time I replaced all six and did morryde shackles today on way home broke another ?also what size pin box dose my trailer have I’m thinking about flex air pin box

Your 2017 Keystone Raptor 412 has a Lippert 1116 pin box so for a cushioned replacement the Trailair part # LC155943 is the correct fit and would work great. There isn't a Flex Air that fits your trailer.

Now if you are continuously breaking leaf springs that to me would indicate you are exceeding the weight capacity of the springs or are driving on very rough roads. Can you get back to me and let me know what springs you have and what the weight of your trailer is when loaded?

You told me it would take a LC 155943 I take this is a trail air? To fit my 2017 keystone raptor 412 Would a 158777 fit ?

Your 2017 Keystone Raptor 412 has a Lippert 1116 pin box. Any pin box replacement will have to use the 1116 bolt pattern. The Lippert Trail Air # LC158777 pin box that you referenced has a 1716 bolt pattern. and will not fit. There are three 1116 pin boxes available. I have included a link to those below. The Air Ride version previously recommended is be far the best model. Before making a purchase you will need to verify that your fifth wheel hitch will work with the model chosen.
