For your Montana 3791RD, I could not find the specs of the factory pinbox on that model. However, most Keystone fifth-wheel trailers do have the Lippert 1621 or 0719 pinboxes. I went ahead and attached pictures of the bolt spacing dimensions of both of these models so you can measure and compare to see what pinbox you have installed.

If you confirm that you have these pinbox models, then the Reese Goose Box # RP85FR will work.

Thanks for the helpful picture. I went ahead and reached out to my tech at Lippert, and he confirmed that the pin box on the Lippert model 7195061 you provided has a Lippert 1116 pin box that is rated at 19k. With this style of pin box, the # RP85FR is not compatible. However, if you are set on a Reese Goosebox, the part that is compatible with your 1116 pin box is the # RP94716-61301. It is important to note that this Goosebox only has a weight capacity of 16k. If you are open to another option, I recommend the Gen Y - 21k # GY43FR. Not only does this option come with a 21k capacity, it comes with a shock-absorbing design.
