To install the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # AL55FJ on your 2021 Ford F-250 4x4, you can expect it to take between 3-5 hours if this is your first time installing one of these kits. While it is not a very difficult install, it is good to take your time to make sure you are routing the air lines in a manor that keeps them away from moving parts and heat, and taking your time overall carefully following the instructions.
With basic tools and a weekend, you will have no issues.
One thing I do recommend is also adding an on-board air compressor like the # AL25856 which will allow you to control the air pressure in each bag from the gauge inside of your truck instead of manually inflating the bags each time you are ready to tow a trailer or haul a heavy pay load. We also have a wireless air compressor option: the # AL74000EZ.
