TREQ1304 Do you have torque spec for pivot and spring eye bolt to install new equalizer

When installing an equalizer like the Equalizer for 2" Wide Slipper Springs - 11" Long - 7/8" Center Hole # TREQ1304 there is no specific torque setting for the bolts. The correct installation process is to tighten the eye bolts until snug and then back them off slightly.
