The Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch # 24978 does not include a wiring harness. It includes the trailer hitch receiver and the hardware kit for mounting.

For a wiring harness, you need the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118791. This plugs directly into existing wiring and gives you a 4-way connection at the back of your vehicle to power your accessory or trailer's signal lights.

If you plan on doing some towing and need a ball mount, I recommend the Draw-Tite Drawbar for 1-1/4" Hitch # 3593 and the # C40001 for a 1-7/8" ball and # 19258 for a 2" ball.
