Does the TPMS sensor communicate data at slow speeds 10mph or when stationary?

The iN-Command TPMS for RVs, Trailers, and Vehicles item # NCTP100 communicates data while stationary and while in motion. You do not have to be moving to get the air pressure data for your vehicle or trailer's tires. I have linked a review video that will demonstrate the functions and install procedures for this system.
