For your 2017 Tesla Model S we have the EcoHitch part # 306-X7201 which is a 2 inch hitch that would work great with a Kuat 2 bike rack like the NV 2.0 part # BA22B.
If instead you had a bike rack designed for a 1-1/4 inch hitch like the part # BA12B we also have the EcoHitch 1-1/4 inch hitch part # 306-X7202 that fits your vehicle as well.
