I have a solution for you but the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # TH903202 will not be a fit. The Easy Fold XT has a weight capacity of 65 lbs, below the weight of your Himiway E-bikes.

The solution I have for you is the Lets Go Aero V-Lectric FAT PRO Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount # LGA77FR. This bike rack has a weight capacity of 75 lbs per bike, so it will be able to carry your 2 E-bikes.

Also, because of the spare tire on the back of your Jeep Wrangler, you will need an adapter to give you the extra room needed to clear that tire. The Yakima BackSwing Swing Away Hitch Extender for Bike Racks - 2" Hitches # Y02483 will give you the room needed and will also allow you to gain access to your cargo area of your Jeep Wrangler.

The one thing to keep in mind, using an adapter like this will reduce the weight capacity of your hitch by 50%. You will need to have a hitch that has a 2" receiver and has a weight capacity of at least 425 lbs.
