It sounds like you want to know if the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider like the # DM8550034 will fit your 2022 Ram 3500 with 6-1/2 Foot Bed and OEM Prep Package. This will work for your Ram 3500, but you will also need the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Ram OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package # DM6099. Once you have installed this rail adapter, you will be able to use a 5th-wheel trailer hitch like the Demco Hijacker Autoslide that attaches to standard, above-bed rails.

The Replacement Side Plates for Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches - Underbed Mount # DM6004 are replacement parts for a Demco Hijacker Autoslide underbed 5th-wheel trailer hitch. If you end up needing replacement side plates for an above bed mount the correct part number is # DM6003.
