That is the TorkLift StableLoad Suspension Upgrade w Quick-Disconnect # TLA7310S for stainless and # TLA7310 for black. These suspension systems are made in the USA. The StableLoad units bolt onto the ends of each overload spring with no drilling required and will help to evenly distribute weight, ensuring that truck stays level for better handling.
