There isn't a hitch that is absolutely guaranteed not to interfere with the hands-free liftgate on your 2021 Toyota Highlander Limited, each one of our hitches to fit your Highlander states "Hitch may interfere with the Hands-free Liftgate sensors and functionality may be very limited or possibly lost. What is more than likely to happen is you will simply need to kick your foot to either side of the hitch as opposed to the middle where the receiver is.
