Determining Which Light Switch Can Replace Older DF-IS001 In Camper

Question:

I have a switch for lights old part # 242481 / DF-IS001.. bought new light to replace its switch is a T85 and has the right Dimensions 3/4 X1/2 wide would this be the correct switch to replace it with as things seem to line up dimensionaly

I looked up your old DF-IS001 light switch and found it is a simple 12v DC light switch such as the Mini-12v Switch # 37213645 you were looking at.

As long as the switch you choose is rated for 12v DC power and is the same dimensions it will work just fine as a light switch.

I tried to look up the T85 switch you mentioned but only found round switches referencing that part number.
