Question:

The trailer has Lippert PS-1 stabilizer installed on a welded bracket from the factory. Do you know if the 2 1/4inch flange on the13703 bracket will clear the factory welded stabilizer bracket? Also, since the 13703 bracket is not bolting to the I-Beam lower flange, does it matter if I raise and bolt it against the inside of the I-Beam to gain ground clearance?

I wish I had a straightforward yes or no answer to your question, but to be perfectly honest this is a universal hitch and we haven't tested it out for different mounting scenarios. The one thing I can say is that the mounting brackets that come with the Curt Hitch # 13703 can be mounted so that they are facing in towards the middle of the camper or out towards the sides of the camper depending on what your situation calls for with the stabilizer like part # LC369774 installed.

Hopefully between this and the attached dimensional photo you'll be able to get a good feel for whether or not this hitch will work for your application. The photo also shows the different ways that the bracket can be used which should be able to tell you if you can install it on your I-Beam in the way that you are asking.

Attached is an installation video of this hitch on a 2017 Rockwood Mini Lite to give you an idea of the steps you'll be taking for the install.
