will this hitch fit on a forest river 8281S rockwood fith wheel camper I think it was built in 2003

The Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs, 22" to 72" Wide # 13703 is the universal trailer hitch receiver with the most flexible span (frames between 22-72" wide) so the odds that it will fit on your Forest River Rockwood 8281S are fairly good. However, we do not have specific fits for different trailers and 5th wheels, so you will need to measure how wide your frame is in this case. This hitch will fit on box, C-channel and I-beam frames, so it also fits a wide variety of frame shapes.

You will want to measure the distance between the two side frame stanchions on your trailer and confirm you've got one of those frame styles. If you find that you've got a wider frame or different frame style, just let me know and I can see what else might be available.
