Does Rampage SuperBrite LED Tailgate Fit 2016 Ram 1500

Question:
I have a 2016 Ram 1500 Laramie with factory tow package, backup camera and parking sensors. Do I require certain make/model of a light bar? I have seen references to light bar not working or the trailer connection info not working correctly and interfering with the oem brake controller. I have read that an adapter is needed if I have the above features
