While there is a tonneau that fits your 2021 Ford F-150 that is compatible with the TracRac SR, the Pro X15 is not compatible with a ladder rack. For a similar option that is low-profile and will work, I recommend an option from Access; the tonneau and TracRac SR that fits your '21 F-150 with a 5-1/2 foot bed are the following:
