For your 2022 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross I recommend going with the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT97GR.

This hitch has a 2" receiver which is what we typically recommend when available due to it being compatible with the most accessories, and also has a hidden crosstube so once installed the only visible part will be the receiver itself as you can see in the included picture.

The # DT97GR has a 525lb tongue weight rating and 3500lb trailer weight rating making it great for carrying a bike rack or cargo carrier, or for using a ball mount to tow a trailer.
