Question:
In one of your answers on how to correct subject condition... A third option would be to install load resistors like part # DI34ZR. This package has two resistors. You would install them in line between the trailer connector on the trailer and the lights that are glowing. Question... Would I need to install a resistor on/at/near each light fixture? Or could I install one resistor at the beginning of the brown wire to cover both right and left taillights and both side marker/running lights? Attached picture is of tail light at dusk with light switch off. Thanks in advance

The Load Resistor Kit # DI34ZR is rated for up to 50 watts of power per resistor. While it is likely that all the LED running lights on your trailer use less than 50 watts of power you will want to verify this for all of your lights.
You can use a Multimeter # PT29ZR to find your amperage being pulled for the running lights and find the wattage(Watts = Amps x Volts). Depending on your power consumption this will tell you how many and where the resistors need to be placed.
It appears that your Combination LED Trailer Tail Light # STL8RGB is going to use around 5 watts each for the running lights.
