Which 5th wheel hitch do you recommend for my 2022 Ram 2500? It is a short bed with the factory hitch prep in the bed for a 5th wheel hitch.

I recommend the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch 18,000LB # DM8550034 or 21,000LB # DM8550035 for your 2022 Ram 2500. You will need a Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter # DM6099 that will drop into your factory hitch prep/puck system to attach the Hijacker hitch. The auto slide hitch means you get to stay in the cab when you need to make the tight turns rather than having to get out and reposition the hitch for maneuvering a tight turning area just to have to reposition it again.
If your 5th wheel trailer has a standard pin box that is between 12" and 14" wide you will not need any special adapters to connect to that trailer. If you have any of the following pin boxes you will need their Locking Plate to attach to your pin box.
