The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13146 you were looking at is a confirmed fit for the 2022 Honda Pilot. Starting with the benefits of this hitch it is made right here in the USA, has a tough powder coat finish which we have found to be the toughest on the market compared to other hitches, and its 900lb tongue weight rating and 6000lb trailer weight rating make it a very strong hitch good for carrying a bike rack, cargo carrier, or ball mount to tow a trailer. In addition the receiver utilizes a hidden crosstube meaning that once installed the only visible part of the hitch is the receiver itself as you can see in the included picture.

With this hitch or any of the other hitches for your vehicle you will need to make sure you have a spare wheel that is 18" or smaller for it to be able to be reinstalled.

If you will be towing a trailer with your Pilot you will also need a vehicle wiring harness # 118760 if you are needing a standard 4-way connector, or the # 118286 if you are needing a 7-way connector. In addition to a vehicle wiring harness you will also need a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin and clip which can all be found in the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900.
