I have a solution for you. Unfortunately, we do not carry a front-mounted hitch option for your 2015 Mercedes Sprinter 3500.

With that being said, your best bet is to use a rear hitch receiver like the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13388 (for 144 and 177 inch wheelbases with the standard bumper) or the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75601 (for 144 and 177 inch wheelbases with the factory step bumper). Both of these hitches come with plenty of tongue weight capacity to carry accessories and transport cargo (600 pounds for the Curt and 500 for the Draw-Tite). In addition, both of these hitches include a hardware kit for a bolt-on installation. If you need a hitch pin and clip, I recommend the Curt Pin and Clip for 2" Hitches # C21504. With all of our rear-mounted hitches for the 2015 Mercedes Sprinter 3500, we unfortunately do not carry any hitch receivers that fit models with the 30-3/8" frame. To make sure you do not have this model, I recommend measuring your frame from the outside to outside.

If you have any concerns about your rear doors opening with a rear hitch installed, we do have solutions that will allow you to fully open your rear doors with a hitch-mounted accessory installed.
