Will these airbags give me any ability to raise the rear height back to original after loaded?

The Air Lift 1000 helper spring kit part # AL29PD that you referenced does fit your 2017 Kia Sorento and will reduce the sag of the rear suspension when they are inflated and will get the ride height back to the original height.
