Not sure if I purchased the right item,can I use this on a 2019 Ram 1500 classic even though it says for a Ford? Thanks for your help.

I do have a fit for you but the Putco Red Blade LED Tailgate Light Bar # P92010-60 will not work with your 2019 Ram 1500 Classic. The # P92010-60 is made specifically for Ford pick-ups.
The option for your Ram 1500 Classic will be the Putco Blade LED Tailgate Light Bar - Stop, Tail, Turn, Backup - 60" Long # P92009-60. This light bar is designed to fit your 2019 Ram 1500 Classic.
