Troubleshooting Massage Function Not Working On Recliner

Question:

We purchased a recliner with a massager built in. The power goes on the remote, but, the massager doesnt run. Checked the wires as far as we could see. Is there a fuse some where? Thank you in advance for any advice.

There are no fuses on the recliner for the massager. If everything is working besides the massage function you could have a damaged wire leading to the massager. A faulty massager or a bad Control Box # LC36FR.

I recommend testing for power along the wiring using a voltage tester. The 2 female plugs with the green/black and gray/black wiring is what controls the massage portion of the chair. If you have a different control box in your specific recliner please let me know which one you have.
