Question:

I have the Thomas Payne after market seismic recliners. On one side the cup holder lights up but the controls form chair don’t work. Because the cup holder light is on I don’t think it’s the power supply but I did unplug and reply and no change. I followed the cord from the controls in the arm to the “silver power switch.” Is that the part that needs replaced?

Julie, I'd start by swapping the cupholder out first with the Replacement Cup Holder for Thomas Payne RV Recliners with Light, Massage, and Heat Functions # LC38FR. Since the lights light up, but the buttons don't work, that makes me think it's the cupholder itself.

If the issue continues after swapping the cupholder out, then you'd need to swap out the control box with the Replacement Power Control Box for Thomas Payne Seismic Recliners and Sofas # LC36FR.
