I do not have the factory tow package. What wiring kit or harness can I use with my new RX? For occasional use only with a light trailer jet-ski.

Since you do not have the factory tow package on your 2010 Lexus RX350 you will need to use the Tow Ready T-One Wiring Harness, part # 118478. This harness connects in-line with the running light, brake light and turn signal circuit, and will work great on your 2010 Lexus RX-350.
The T-One wiring harness draws power directly from the vehicles battery via an in-line fuse so your electrical system is safe. Part # 118478 is designed this way to protect your electrical system. There would only be a slight draw from your tail light power that would only be used as a switch to activate system, the power source would come straight from battery and the circuit is protected though converter box.
We also have custom-fit hitches to fit your 2010 Lexus RX350. I would recommend the Draw-Tite Class III 2 inch Hitch Receiver, part # 75676, which is a no-drill application and custom fit for your 2010 Lexus RX350. It has a towing weight capacity of 4,000 lbs. and a tongue weight capacity of 400 lbs.
Some items you will need to complete your Class III towing setup are listed below:
Curt Ball Mount part # C45010
Pin and Clip, part # PC3
Tow Ready 2 Inch Hitch Ball, part # 19247
I am including links to the installation instructions on the Tow Ready wiring harness and the Hidden Hitch receiver.
