Question:
I have a 2019 Nissan Frontier pro4x that has a 2” suspension lift. Add a leafs, not blocks or shackles. I have a camper shell and tow a travel trailer that weighs about 5000#. The weight distribution hitch and add a leads help with sag, but I would like to reduce it some more, and reduce some sway if possible. Will the sumo springs work with my lift?

I have a different option, but the SumoSprings # SS48DR you were looking at are designed for models of the 2019 Nissan Frontier that have coil springs. Since your truck has leaf springs you will need to go with a different option.
Due to the 2" add a leaf the only option for additional support is going to be the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TTORTUN4L with two 1" spacers # A25723-90AH00. You will just need to pick up some 3/8" x 3-1/2" grade 8 bolts from your local hardware store to replace the included bolt that will be too short for the spacers.
This kit will give you 3000lbs of load leveling support but may be a bit harsh when your truck is unloaded. While this kit will help some with sway, getting a different weight distribution hitch would be a better choice.
Since you are still experiencing suspension sag and trailer sway with your weight distribution hitch it sounds like the hitch is not quite setup correctly, or is underrated for the total tongue weight of your trailer. Total tongue weight is the tongue weight of your fully loaded and ready to tow trailer plus the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of your truck. Using a tongue weight scale like the # e99044 is the easiest way to get an accurate tongue weight measurement but there are other methods outlined in the included help article.
If you can tell me the total tongue weight of your setup and which weight distribution hitch you currently have I would be happy to recommend a new system better suited for your setup.
I included a video of the # TTORTUN4L for you to take a look at.
