Troubleshooting An Everchill RV Fridge That Is Freezing But Not Cooling

Question:

My Ever chill will freeze in the freezer but the fan wont turn to blow the cold air to the bottom. Replaced the fan motor but still didnt run. Any suggestions on what may be wrong?

Since your Everchill RV Refrigerator w/ Freezer # 324-000119 is freezing but not cooling the fridge you should first check to ensure that you're receiving 12v at the outlet. If your fridge isn't receiving the correct amount of power it can cause this type of issue. If you're not receiving the 12v at outlet you'll need to increase the wire gauge using the chart I've attached.

If you do have the correct voltage then the next thing to do is unplug the unit from the wall and let it fully defrost. you'll want to remove the back panel and clear out the drain tube using a long pipe cleaner. You could potentially have a clog causing your issue.
