According to Curt, the Curt Hitch # C73DR will not fit the F-Sport version of your 2021 Lexus RX350. In fact, we do not currently have a hitch that is compatible with your Lexus.
Even all of our trunk bike racks have been excluded due to the spoiler. We do, however, have a roof rack that we could fit if that would help you meet your goals.
