It sounds like your Printed Circuit Board # MA10A21275K may be damaged. While this does replace on most of the MaxxAir Deluxe model fans you will need to verify your model and the date of manufacture of your fan to ensure proper compatibility.

To ensure that it is the circuit board you can bench test the components to see if 12 volt power is running into and out of the circuit board. It is possible that both the fan motor and lift motor to become damaged due to a power surge or water infiltration but not as likely as the circuit board that controls both of these.
